Dear Commission President and Planning Commissioners,  

I support approval of the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to demolish the existing structure at 214 Clara Street, enabling the proposed 360 5th Street project to move forward. The project would deliver 278 new homes, including 42 onsite affordable homes, while transforming an underutilized site in the South of Market neighborhood into much-needed housing and active community space.
